Allotment of 24,99,42,759 (Twenty-Four Crores Ninety-Nine Lakhs Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, having a face value of Re. 1.00/- each, on a rights basis, in the ratio of 10:13, i.e., 10 (Ten) Rights Equity Shares for every 13 (Thirteen) fully paid-up equity shares held by the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date, i.e., 25th August, 2026, at an issue price of Re. 1.00/- per Rights Equity Share. 2.
